I Am Always Aligned

She had been seeking answers, desperate for signs from the Universe.

God handed her a book as he walked by her. She started reading the book but put it down after Chapter 2.

She felt lost and continued to ask for signs, hoping for a clear direction on what steps to take next.

Then, through mutual friends, she met someone with similar interests. They spoke for hours, but she dismissed all the advice and insights shared, believing they wouldn’t apply to her.

“Love,” God whispered to her soul, “trust your instincts.”

Her beliefs bubbled to the surface, “I don't trust myself. I never know what to do. I am always lost.”

God pulled out a white cloth from a back pocket and wiped away those beliefs. He pulled out a marker and wrote new beliefs on an invisible pane of glass: “I believe in myself wholly, I trust myself fully, I know the way.”

He set the marker down on an invisible chalkboard ledge and it vanished. He clapped his hands together as if dusting off chalk from writing with chalk on a chalkboard.

She took a deep breath, receiving the new beliefs while releasing the old ones.

The next day, she took a step forward on a new path, but new beliefs surfaced, this time fears: “I'm afraid of moving forward, I'm afraid of change, I'm afraid of being seen.”

God wiped them away and then wrote new beliefs. “I am on the right path, I choose my way forward, I am always aligned.”

With that, she took another step forward, feeling the weight of doubt and fear lift as she embraced her own story.
