There Are Many Ways to Soar

“We are ecstatic to work with you today,” her spirit team announced. A dozen spiritual guides gathered together to greet her. The spirit team split apart and stepped back to allow God’s enormous hand to gently greet her from the heavens, stopping and resting his palm up in front of her. Two spirit guides stepped forward to gently lead her, each grabbing a hand respectively and helping her step up and into the center of God’s hand. They remained with her for the rest of this journey.

“My love,” God spoke gently to her soul, “it is good to see you today.” He lifted his hand in front of his face so that he could look her in the eyes. Love radiated from him and surrounded her in deep, loving energy that calmed her, loved her, and held her.

Next, God brought up his second hand, cupping it and gently placing it over the top of her and her spirit guides, creating a protective chamber. “My love,” God said again, “I would like to give you something.”

God peeked inside his cupped hand to make sure he had approval and agreement. She gently nodded her head up and down. God turned and started walking, holding her in his clasped hands close to his heart.

He took several giant sized steps across the cosmos until they arrived in a luscious location with the most gorgeous trees with magenta leaves, a pink sunset sky, and deep-flowing rivers of turquoise water. The land was adorned with colorful plants, flowers, and animals.

God gently placed her and her guides down on a rock outcropping that overlooked a valley where the sun was setting in the distance. When she was on the ground, God morphed into a stunning bird with plumage in all colors of the rainbow. Her guides helped her step onto the back of the bird and sit down, just like they helped her onto God’s hand.

God, in the form of the bird, leaped off the cliff and soared into the air. His wings spread wide, gently floating on the currents with ease.

“My Dearest Love,” God spoke to a place deep within her soul, “there are many ways to soar.”

She closed her eyes and felt her body relax. Riding on the back of the bird was a release, a surrender. God invited her to let go and trust. Tears slowly ran down her cheek as the surrender opened up and surfaced pain hiding within.

“Love, it is safe to feel. Be not afraid of pain. Understand that healing is through the tears. You cannot have a rainbow without the rain. My love, I know it has been difficult. I know it does not make sense. I know it has been hard. My love, you are not what has happened to you. You are a divine being of love.”

She opened her eyes to see the sun rising over the world. It felt metaphorical, like a new horizon or new beginning, or both.

“My love,” God spoke to her soul again, “you need not need someone to tell you which way to go. My love, you simply must spread your wings…and fly.”

Suddenly, the scenery changed, and God was standing directly in front of her in a human form, holding both of her hands in his. This time, he spoke out loud for her to hear, looking deep into her eyes, “You are worthy of love because you are love.” God smiled and then left.
