Your Soul Will Know Me
God stood at a glass pane window, a white cloth in his hand. “Do you desire to have a deeper connection with spirit?” he asked her.
She was a struggling woman; heartbroken, passion extinguished, love craving, faith seeking woman. She gently nodded.
“Very well,” God said. Turning to the window, he placed the cloth on the foggy glass. In three swift circles with the cloth, God cleared it, revealing a clear and crystal pane.
“A hole to the heavens, just for you.”
He set the cloth on a table that appeared beside him.
“My love,” picking up another cloth, he cleansed his hands. “Would you like to connect more clearly with spirit?”
Again, she nodded.
“Indeed,” God said and picked up a transmitter device from the table, adjusted the knobs as if tuning into a radio station on an old transistor radio. A beautiful, soulful melody began to play from its speakers.
“My beloved,” God murmured, pausing as he searched through the objects on the table. Various tools, devices, and apparatuses appeared before him.
“The method you use to connect to God,” he pointed to himself, “is up to you. There are many ways that will work.” He gestured at all of the “methods” on the table.
“I can give you some ways to start, but I encourage you to be curious and seek to find the methods that set your soul on fire. For Kristina,” God pointed at me, “it is in the sanctuary of her office, her fingers typing on the keyboard in the stillness of our conversations. For others, it is in one on one connection during a healing session, a meditation, a group ceremony, a religious text, a walk in nature, a dream, a prayer, in service to others, in connection with a lover,...” His voice trailed off, yet he continued listing ways to connect with him.
“You may discover me as a man, a woman, a child, a spirit, a power, a light, love,” God chuckled, “I have come to Kristina as many things, even a bear.” He laughed a loud belly laugh.
“Your soul will know me, let me in, love. Let me in.” God turned back to the table, fidgeting with the items, preparing them for those that chose to collect them, receive them, and use them. “I have prepared these items for you as a beginning, a re-start, reconnection.”
A group of spirits had gathered behind me.
“Let Kristina be your bridge. She has forged a path in front of you. Let it be easy, let it be graceful, let it be joyful, let it be divine.” God instructed all that had arrived. “Go.”
At his command, a stream of golden, glittering energy rose from the objects on the table, spiraling upward like threads of light. The radiance danced and shimmered as it traveled toward the waiting spirits.
“Receive,” God said from the heavens. “Receive.”
